UK Wedding Films | Cinematic approach | My style
Hello, I’m Joce, an award-winning UK wedding videographer, passionate about capturing love stories in beautiful venues across the country.
I’m the filmmaker behind Lune de Miel Studio and a UK wedding videographer based in Manchester. I film weddings throughout the UK, creating cinematic wedding films for couples getting married in locations such as London , Cheshire, the Lake District, the Cotswolds, Wales and Scotland.
My approach blends documentary storytelling with a cinematic style, allowing me to capture the genuine moments, emotion and atmosphere that define a wedding day. While I also travel internationally for destination weddings, much of my work takes place throughout the UK, and my goal is to create a film that preserves the story of your day in an authentic and timeless way.
If you’re searching for a UK wedding videographer who specialises in cinematic storytelling, I’d love to capture your wedding day.

My style
A cinematic approach to UK wedding videography
At the heart of every wedding film I create is a story. Rather than simply documenting events as they happen, I focus on crafting a narrative, crafting a film that feels real, yet sophisticated, timeless and artistic.
For me, storytelling requires presence. I’m not the type of videographer who hides in the distance or shoots from afar. I like to be part of the day, close enough to capture the real emotion as it unfolds. My approach is natural and unobtrusive, but you will always feel that I’m there with you: celebrating, laughing and experiencing the day alongside you.
This connection is what allows me to create wedding films that feel genuine and emotionally authentic. Because when you watch your wedding film years from now, it shouldn’t just show what happened. It should remind you exactly how it felt.
“The quality of the final edits we received were truly perfect. Emotional, dramatic and balanced. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.”
— Glenn, Groom.
Rooted in England
UK wedding venues I’ve filmed at
I’ve filmed weddings at venues across the UK including Elmore Court, Wrenbury Hall, Delamere Manor, Town Head Estate and Hawkstone Hall. Being based in Manchester means I’m perfectly located to film weddings across the entire country. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings in some of the UK’s most beautiful locations, including:
Each location offers something completely different, from historic country estates and rustic barns to elegant city venues and dramatic landscapes. Understanding these environments helps me capture your wedding day in a way that truly reflects the setting.
“He captured all the amazing moments, emotions and atmosphere of the day, so much so that we feel instantly transported back when watching.”
— Amy, Bride.
About me
Bonjour, I’m Joce
I’m an award-winning UK and Destination wedding videographer. My work is heavily inspired by cinema. This influence shapes both the way I film weddings and the way your story is edited afterwards. I focus on natural light, composition and atmosphere to create films that feel immersive and emotional.
Rather than staging moments or directing the day, I allow events to unfold naturally and capture them in a way that feels authentic.
The result is a wedding film that feels elegant, cinematic and deeply personal.
“Every time we watch the film he’s crafted for us, we get goosebumps.”
— Jenny, Bride.
Featured UK Wedding
Every wedding I film has its own rhythm and atmosphere, shaped by the couple, the venue and the people around them. Two weddings that beautifully reflect the variety of celebrations I capture across the UK took place in very different settings — one in the heart of London and the other in the Gloucestershire countryside.
Sophie and Jonny’s London wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall was an intimate and emotional city celebration. Surrounded by close friends and family, their ceremony felt personal and heartfelt, with the energy and character that London weddings are known for. Moments like these are what I love capturing on film: authentic, emotional and unscripted.
Another recent wedding I filmed took place at Elmore Court, a stunning historic country house in Gloucestershire set within the Cotswolds countryside. The venue blends centuries of history with a beautiful modern reception space called The Gillyflower, creating a unique setting for weddings that feel both elegant and relaxed.
This particular celebration was a fusion wedding, bringing together different cultures and traditions throughout the day. From the emotional ceremony inside the historic house to the vibrant evening celebrations in The Gillyflower, the entire day was filled with colour, music and incredible energy.
These two weddings perfectly show the range of celebrations I film across the UK — from iconic London venues to countryside estates — each one telling its own story.

I’m incredibly proud to have received multiple industry awards for my wedding films, including recognition for cinematic storytelling and destination wedding filmmaking. But what matters most to me is creating something meaningful for every couple I work with.

I have small voice recorders that I carry with me, and that I will clip on to the speakers on the day. For example, before the ceremony, I will attach one to the registrar or minister, and one to the groom, as well as anyone else doing a reading.
Same applies to the speeches, so that I can record the best possible sound.
Elopement
In a world where weddings have often been synonymous with large, extravagant affairs, a quiet yet impactful revolution has been taking place – the rise of elopement weddings. If you’re thinking about eloping and want a videographer to capture your adventure on film, I would love to hear from you.
